Commercial Large Loss – Fire
Program Manager: Works with Admin on ROM (rough order of magnitude) estimate, equipment, daily labor, time and materials data, and is the liaison between the facilities personnel and the prime contractor (if there is one). Security. Secures building engineering drawings and prepares visual moisture map and fire map of affected areas.
Project Manager: There will be one person designated as the project manager. He does not swing a hammer. He coordinates moisture mapping, equipment setup, demolition, containment, safety. Scope the scene to determine if heavy duty equipment is required (e.g. large industrial desiccant dehumidifiers, Generators). Parking. Logistics.
Technicians: Demolition, setting containment, identifying power and power needs, setting equipment. Applying anti-microbial spray, removing base trim as needed.
Administration: Program and Project Managers report into Admin relevant data. Admin will take the lead on accounting, etc., and ask for what they need.

Confirm Fire Marshall and Insurance Carrier have completed fire inspection and have cleared the property for mitigation.
Full PPE to be worn – coveralls, gloves, respirators (MaxAir preferred).
Follow Fire App 4-Phase Process.
For demolition, will likely engage temp workers.
Follow Garnet Process – get adjuster pre-approval.
Inspect all areas – rooms, attics, basements, crawlspaces – everything.
There will be water to deal with. A dumpster will be required. Dryout will be needful once debris is removed.
