About

Bob Jordan is an owner of a restoration company, part of a national franchise. He and his team are in their ninth year of operation. His company is a 4-time winner of the President’s Circle award, recognizing the top 10% of all businesses in their network. He is also a seasoned engineer, innovator, and leader with over 30 years of experience in industries like aerospace, defense, medical device, and clean energy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology (magna cum laude) and an Associate of Applied Science in Chemical Technology (honors list), and he is a member of the prestigious Tau Alpha Pi and Phi Theta Kappa honor societies.

Throughout his career, Bob has held senior management roles in Fortune 40 companies, medium sized, start-ups, and turnarounds, excelling in engineering, quality, operations, and program management. He’s developed groundbreaking technologies, earning 12 patents for innovations ranging from thermal switches, laser processing, piezoelectric surgical instruments, outdoor emergency fire starters, and more. He has an extensive design and manufacturing background in inertial navigation, composite materials, MEMS-hybrid packages, and advanced ballistic military armor. As a systems thinker and results-driven leader, Bob has implemented QMS and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, developed new product strategies that generated millions in revenue, and managed diverse, multi-disciplinary teams with an empowering leadership style.

Bob’s expertise extends to teaching and mentoring, having spent 10 years as a college-level instructor in engineering, math, and science. He’s also an international trainer, consultant, and writer, with over 300 technical and teaching papers to his name.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bob has been actively involved in prison ministry for over 46 years, providing mentorship, training, and support to inmates across Washington State and beyond. His international missions work has taken him to over 25 countries, where he’s taught Christian principles to inmates, ministry best practices to volunteers, repaired critical infrastructure, assisted medical missions doctors, and supported community development projects.

Bob’s personal life is as vibrant as his professional one. He and his family have traveled to all 48 continental U.S. states in their RV, camping, hiking, and biking through the country’s natural wonders. Bob and his wife have been to all 50 states. He’s an avid weightlifter, bench pressing 350 pounds even in his 60s, and he’s dabbled in hot yoga, enjoying the challenge despite his self-proclaimed inflexibility.
